Our Story

School Library Book Sales is run by the Nelson family, booksellers since 1985. It started as Judy Nelson's 6,000-square-foot children's book and toy store in Southern California, a destination for families and educators that hosted thousands of storytimes, workshops and author events. Over the years the company grew into school book fairs, wholesale and its own bindery. Today the family runs a Pomona, California warehouse stocked with thousands of new and used K-12 textbooks and workbooks, every copy checked, graded and shelved by our team and ready to ship to you.
